Contracted by Spaulding & Associates to redesign a local restaurant menu. Project was to include the "Chuy's" name and "Chicken" logo into new menu. Menu was to have a "baja" theme and to incorporate full page advertising on every other page to bring in advertising dollars for the restaurant and provide an advertising medium for local stores, car dealers and other local business around the restaurant .Discounts would be offered by the advertisers to those who mention or some how reference the ad the saw in the menu.
