Gina Ortiz-Wunder is a motivational speaker, life coach and assertiveness trainer. The idea for her company, Seeds of Change, LLC, came into being when she realized that to live her dream she must pursue her passion of helping people meet their individual objectives by teaching them how to ask for and get what they want in their personal and professional lives. Her motto is, Dont get mad, dont get even, get what you want. She is working on a book of the same title.
Currently, Gina provides motivational presentations to organizations and maintains a private coaching practice. She is a member of The Coach Training Institute (CTI), the first educational institution to offer coach training. Gina is also a member of CoachVille, the largest association of coaches worldwide, The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
Her personal life experiences and business background led Gina to create a proven technique to teach and empower anyone willing to work at developing the necessary skills to ask for and get their hearts desire, whatever that may be. For some, its a more fulfilling career, a raise or a promotion; for others it may be a more loving relationship with loved ones. Regardless of the goal, the tools required are the same.
Gina received an MBA from the University of La Verne and prior to that graduated Cum Laude with a double BA in Communication Arts and Political Science from California Lutheran University. She constantly trains and continues to refine her skills to fully support her clients needs and to further her own personal development. Her business experience includes work in the small business sector, education, and non-profit organizations. Prior to establishing a full-time coaching practice, Gina worked in the private sector directing the policies, procedures and financial management of multimillion dollar companies.
